About Joanna:
I became a therapist because I value creating a space where people can slow down, feel understood, and explore the parts of life that may be difficult to carry alone. I especially enjoy supporting adults and couples through anxiety, relationship concerns, changing identities, and significant life transitions. I also have a special interest in women’s and perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, early motherhood, and the transition to parenthood.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I use a systemic and relational perspective to help clients better understand their emotions, attachment patterns, relationships, and the experiences that have shaped them. I hope clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and free from judgment while also gaining practical tools and deeper insight. My goal is for clients to leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves, more confident in their choices, and better equipped to navigate life’s difficult seasons.

Gloria Babb MMFT, LMFTA
Who Gloria Works With:
Women, Kids 5 and Up, Teens, Young Adults (College Students), Couples
Languages spoken: English, Spanish
About Gloria:
My journey has taken me across places, cultures, and seasons of life, teaching me that every person carries a story shaped by love, loss, belonging, and the longing to be understood. These experiences deepened my curiosity about people and inspired me to become a therapist. I believe there is something beautiful about being invited into another person’s worlds and witnessing the courage it takes to begin again.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to let down our guard, give voice to our stories and explore the parts of ourselves that have long needed understanding. I honor each person’s unique experiences, culture, and pace, meeting them where they are with empathy and without judgment.
My hope is that every client who walks into my space feels seen, heard, and welcomed exactly as they are. Together, we create room for healing, rediscovery, and the quiet courage of becoming, gently finding your way back to yourself, one step at a time.
